What should I do if the product I received is defective?

We inspect the product before shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective, please contact us by phone within one week of receiving the product.

We will accept unused items with all accessories on loan and exchange them for good quality items.
*All shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by our store.

For products that are out of stock, we will issue a refund.
